Maccura i800

The immunology analyzer Maccura i800 is a type of in vitro diagnostic equipment and constitutes a closed system with its relevant reagents for determining the concentration of various substances in the sample.

Maccura i800 adopts the direct chemiluminescence immunoassay principle to test clinical serum/plasma/whole blood/urine and other samples. The chemiluminescence reagent used is acridinium ester (AE). Through heterogeneous reaction, the magnetic separation of magnetic particles can achieve the separation of immune complex from other substances that are not involved in the reaction.
